About JMBpay — who we represent

Management body (your building)

JMBpay is not a generic consumer payments app pretending to be your condo. After you select a residence, the app is the official digital owner portal for that development’s subscribed Joint Management Body (JMB) or Management Corporation (MC) (or its appointed managing agent).

• Bills, notices, and tickets come from that management body’s records
• Login shows the residence name (and management name when configured)
• Rates, recovery steps, and committee decisions remain the management body’s responsibility

Examples of live subscribed properties include CQ Management and Metro Pudu — each appears under its own name in the residence directory. New JMBs/MCs are added in our database without pretending to be a different building.

Demo Residences (App Review / showcase)

Demo Residences is a fictional JMBpay-branded sample property used for screenshots, App Review, and product demos. It is clearly marked as a demo and does not represent a real COB-registered management body.

How to verify authenticity

1. Open the app → Find your residence and confirm the exact building / JMB name
2. Sign in with the unit credentials issued by your management office
3. Cross-check notices or WhatsApp from your JMB/MC that point to jmbpay.my
4. Read our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers, unit accounts, and transactions are handled
